Bill gates to visit china

Chinanews, Shanghai, April 13 - According to the news from Microsoft China, Bill Gates, the chairman of Microsoft, will visit China from April 18 to 21. Mr. Gates will have meetings with Chinese officials, experts, and elite businesspeople to discuss the development of Microsoft's operation in China.

 

It is said that Mr. Gates will take part in Microsoft Government Leaders Forum in Beijing, and Boao Forum for Asia in Hainan, at both of which he will give speeches to promote innovation and narrowing digital gaps, thus to spread the conveniences of information technology to more people.

 

Mr. Gates also plans to visit Tsinghua University and Peking University, where he will make speech to students and distinguished guests from education circles.
