U.S. computer maker Dell is reportedly going to sell its non-core information technology consulting division to Japan's NTT Data for over 3 billion U.S. dollars.
据报道，美国电脑生产商戴尔将旗下非核心信息技术咨询事业部以30多亿美元的价格出售给日本电报电话公司。
The deal will give Dell more available cash as it tries to complete its 67 billion US dollar takeover of data storage provider EMC Corp.
The deal is NTT data's biggest ever acquisition.
NTT was once Japan's leading telephone company.
However, with changes in the communications sector, the company has been expanding into others areas, including healthcare IT, insurance and financial services consulting in the United States.
It's being reported NTT has spent over 600 million US dollars in overseas purchases since 2011.
