奇虎360与酷派将共同组建一家合资公司
China's leading online security firm, Qihoo 360, is planning to invest some 400 million U.S. dollars to form a mobile Internet device joint venture with Shenzhen-based smartphone maker Coolpad.

Coolpad will inject assets into the venture, including some trademarks, domain names and software copyrights.
Qihoo 360 will own 45 percent of the joint venture.
The venture will market smartphones under the Coolpad's Dazen brand and the devices will be sold mainly on the Internet.
Coolpad commands a 14 percent share in the Chinese 4G phone market.
