瑞士联合银行第二季净利润上涨15%
UBS, Switzerland's biggest bank, has reported a 15% jump in second-quarter net profit on the same period last year.
瑞士最大的银行瑞士联合银行第二季度净利润较去年同期上涨15%。
The Zurich-based bank's net profit rose to 792m Swiss francs, up from 690m previously.
The results are said to be driven by the bank cutting down on its investment banking franchises.
The lender paid about 300m francs to settle claims that it helped wealthy tax evaders in Germany.
It is also involved in inquiries into an alternative private trading system, known as dark pools, launched by various US regulators.
Dark pools, unlike stock exchanges, are not accessible to the investing public.
