中国光大银行已完成企业重组
China Everbright Group, a state-owned enterprise, has completed a corporate restructure by becoming a joint stock company.
中国光大银行，一家国有企业，已经完成企业重组变成一家股份公司。
The restructure has been approved by the State Council, marking an end to restructuring efforts that spanned more than a decade.
Under the reshuffle plan, China's Finance Ministry will hold nearly 44-percent of the new company.
State-owned investment company Central Huijin Investment holding will own the remaining 56 percent.
Meanwhile, the new company will inherit all of the group's assets, liabilities, organizations, and employees.
China Everbright Group managed assets worth nearly 500 billion U.S. dollars, with business interests in banking, securities, insurance and asset management.
