中国将坚持完善生态文明建设
China will work to uphold and improve the system for developing an ecological civilization and promote the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, according to a decision of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.
中共中央委员会的一份决议中指出，中国将致力于坚持和完善生态文明建设，促进人与自然的和谐发展。
The decision on some major issues concerning how to uphold and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and advance the modernization of China's system and capacity for governance was adopted at the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee on Oct. 31.
It stressed the tasks as the following:
-- implementing the strictest possible systems for ecological and environmental protection;
-- fully establishing a mechanism for highly efficient utilization of resources;
-- improving institutions concerning ecological restoration and conservation;
-- strengthening the accountability system for ecological and environmental protection.
