The founder of China's largest property developer Vanke is facing the possibility of being dumped from the company.

Vanke founder and chair Wang Shi is under threat from major shareholders who are considering dumping 12 of the company's executives.
The two main shareholders are both units of Shenzhen-based private developer Baoneng.
The two units reportedly hold more than 10 percent of Vanke's shares.
The dispute is reportedly connected to Vanke announced agreement with Shenzhen Metro Group to acquire a unit of the company for 45.6 billion yuan, which would make Metro Group Vanke's largest shareholder instead.
