中国加强对的失信人员的限制

Nearly 12.9 million people had been placed on a credit blacklist for defaulting on their court orders by the end of 2018, according to a white paper released by the Supreme People's Court (SPC).

最高人民法院公布的一份白皮书显示,截止2018年底,约有1290万人因不履行法庭命令被列入信用黑名单。

Defaulters had been restrained from purchasing about 17.5 million plane tickets and 5.47 million high-speed train tickets by the end of 2018, said the white paper titled Judicial Reform of Chinese Courts (2013-2018).

In 2013, the SPC introduced the system of blacklist of dishonest people subject to enforcement. Since 2016, it has cooperated with government authorities and extended penalty restrictions on defaulters to traveling, house purchasing and investment, among others.

Such penalty restrictions had forced 3.51 million defaulters to fulfill their obligations, according to the white paper.
