埃及一座家具厂发生火灾 25人丧生
At least 25 people have been killed in a fire in a furniture factory in northern Egypt.
埃及北部一座家具厂发生火灾，至少25人丧生。
22 others were injured.
The cause of the fire is not immediately clear.
One employee in the building, Islam Yousry, says that he thinks chemicals are to blame.
"We were starting to work this morning when we heard a huge explosion from the factory below, the floor below us. They work using chemicals and have oxygen tanks. One of the tanks exploded and with the mixture of the chemicals there was an explosion in the whole building"
It's been reported that the furniture factory did not have operating permits because it had failed to meet safety standards.
