苏州奢华“拙政别墅”标价5亿
A luxury villa, which has been built based on the design of a renowned Chinese garden called "the Humble Administrator's Garden" in east China's Suzhou city in Jiangsu province, has an astronomical price-tag of 500 million yuan.
一座以江苏苏州著名园林“拙政园”为原型设计的奢华别墅，标价5亿元人民币。
A total of 28 such high-end villas have been built in a prime location in Suzhou.
The buildings are located within a 500-meter distance of three World Cultural Heritage sites, namely the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Lion Grove Garden and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.
The villa is constructed with the exterior modeled using a traditional Chinese architectural style, while the interior is decorated in western style.
The property developers say only selected customers, whom they call "super buyers", are allowed to visit the sample villas.
