中国第一艘导弹无人艇亮相
The Observer II, China's first missile-carrying unmanned surface vehicle (USV), had its public debut on Tuesday at the 12th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition.
“�t望者II”，中国第一艘导弹无人艇周二在第12届中国国际航空航天展览会上亮相。
Jointly developed by private domestic military enterprises and state-owned military research institutes, the unmanned boat can undertake reconnaissance and precision strike missions. It can also be used to issue patrol warnings in waters around islands and estuaries.
As well as being able to accurately strike small and medium-sized targets at sea, it can provide support to military amphibious assault units by launching strikes on mobile and fixed targets in coastal areas.
