中国将举办2023年亚洲杯
The Asian Football Confederation has announced that China will host the 18th Asian Cup in 2023.
亚洲足球联盟宣布中国将于2023年举办第18届亚洲杯。
China was the only country to bid for the Asian Cup after its other competitor, South Korea, scraped its bid last month in order to "strategically focus on the hosting of the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup."
This will be China's 2nd time to host the major Asian football event.
China last hosted the Asian Cup in 2004, reaching the final of that year's tournament.
