Chinanews, Hohhot, Oct. 12 – According to Beijing Morning News, a traditional Chinese medicine doctor Gong Duruo, holders of two doctorates, 105, opened on October 9 his own blog online aiming to find a woman to marry. Many netizens think Gong is quite fashionable and courageous at his age.

 

Gong was enrolled in the medical school of Qilu University when he was 30 and studied nerve psychology there. When the Sino-Japanese War broke out in 1937, the school was incorporated into Huaxi Christian University in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. He was awarded doctorates of both Huaxi Christian University and the New York University at the United States and then went to take further research in Columbia University in 1941.

 

Gong had experienced three failed marriage. "I knew an 120-year-old person once married a 48-year-old woman. I hope to find a wife, about 50 years old. I believed we could live together happily, but my wish never came true," he says. Gong also reveals he is gifted in many ways. He is good at writing dramas and playing several kinds of musical instruments.

 

Gong says if he fails to find a wife, it will be important for him to find a woman assistant and adopt her as his daughter. He wishes in this way at least someone can take care of him and inherit his medical experiences.
