北约在阿富汗某军事基地遭袭击

A suicide car bomber has struck a joint Afghan-Nato military base in eastern Paktia province, say officials.

阿富汗东部帕克蒂亚省,一辆自杀式汽车炸弹袭击了一处阿富汗·北约的军事基地。
 
Nato spokesman Maj Adam Wojack said there were a number of casualties among the Afghan military personal. 
 
No members of the Nato-led International Security Assistance Force (Isaf) were reported to have been injured, said Maj Wojack.
 
Foreign forces are due to withdraw from Afghanistan by 2014, which has sparked fears of a surge in violence.
 
An Isaf spokesman told AFP the combat outpost in Zurmat district was attacked by "insurgents using a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device".
 
A spokesman for the Paktiya provincial governor told the agency that 10 wounded Afghan soldiers had evacuated.
