朝鲜将随时发射洲际弹道导弹
North Korea has said it will launch an inter-continental ballistic missile "anytime and anywhere", as determined by the country's supreme headquarters.

Quoting a Foreign Ministry spokesman, the official KCNA news agency said the United States is wholly to blame for pushing the North Korea to develop the missile.
The spokesman said the missile is part of the country's effort to bolster its self-defense capability so as to cope with the ever growing nuclear war threat from the US, adding that the effort will continue, with nuclear forces as the pivot.
According to North Korean top leader Kim Jong Un, the country is now in the final stages of test-launching an inter-continental ballistic missile.
Last year, North Korea conducted two nuclear tests and several missile tests, including a long-range rocket.
The United Nations Security Council adopted two new resolutions to tighten sanctions on the country in response to its nuclear and missile programs.
