河南云台山发现金钱豹踪迹
It appears an endangered leopard and her two cubs were spotted in the Yuntai Mountain area in central China's Henan Province.
中国中部省区河南云台山似乎发现了一只濒危金钱豹与两只幼仔的踪迹。
A photo was captured on Monday by a man surnamed Qian, who was driving along Xiuling Road.
"I was driving around 11 a.m. when I saw something in the wood beside the road. I later recognized that they were leopards and I was so excited to stop my car and snapped some photos," Mr. Qian told staff of the scenic area administration at Yuntai Mountain.
Mr. Qian says the female leopard soon became aware of his existence and fled away with her two cubs.
This isn't the first time people have seen a leopard on Yuntai Mountain, which became a World Geologic Park under UNESCO in 2004.
In September, 2013, another leopard was seen on the same Mountain.
