美国德州遭龙卷风袭击 8人身亡
Tornadoes swept through the northern part of the southern U.S. state of Texas on Saturday night, killing eight people and causing substantial material damage.

Severe thunderstorms, including unusual winter tornadoes, left damages stretching over a 64-kilometer-long area across the city of Dallas in northern Texas. Vehicles were mangled or turned upside down, with churches damaged, trees toppled and debris strewn across neighborhoods.
The tornadoes left 50,000 people in a blackout across northern Texas. It is not known when power supply can be restored.
Meanwhile, the U.S. National Weather Service has warned that a snowstorm accompanied by plunging temperatures will leave up to 40 cm of snow in west Texas and much of the New Mexico state on Sunday evening.
